Maria is the Operations Manager for River City Trial Solutions. She joined RCTS in 2023 and uses her vast experience in operations management to ensure our team is firing on all cylinders at all times. Maria quickly assimilated with the RCTS team and swiftly upgraded our current core processes and established some of her own. Maria’s focus on procedural leadership has been solidified through years of employee training and outstanding client feedback. Maria allows the trial technicians & consultants to focus on what they do best and ensures all of our clients have an impactful and well-managed experience with us.

In addition to overseeing the day to day operations of RCTS, Maria’s goal is also to facilitate and expedite the company’s sustainable growth. She provides guidance and mentorship to our team members, ensures our employees understand the importance of forming long-lasting relationships with our clients, and consistently seeks out new opportunities to offer a better experience for both team members and the attorneys we serve.

Travel, foreign languages, and exploring different cultures have always been great passions of Maria. She is originally from Russia and immigrated to the US in 2009. She speaks Russian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian fluently and can communicate in and understand French, German and Persian.

Maria greets everyone with the biggest smile and speaks with passion about any topic (and in any language!)
