RCTS utilizes the latest video and lighting equipment to capture footage of virtually anything. When trying to explain your case it can be hard to truly represent the full scope and scale of an area or environment. Video footage can serve as the best evidence because it is indisputable and unbiased.

depositions

Typical deposition videos only have one feed displaying the witness. Our trial technicians can provide you with a picture in picture video that will not only show the witness but also the exhibits and other materials that they are testifying about. We combine our courtroom technology with videography equipment to better capture what the testimony would have been like live during trial. Our trial technicians arrive early to set up cameras and interactive display screens for everyone at the deposition. These screens come equipped with annotative capabilities and individual feeds that are recorded in real time. In post-production, we edit the video to control what is shown on screen and when. This allows you to focus the jury on the viewer, the exhibit, or both.

Our video equipment ranges from single lens cameras to professional grade drones. This affords us the ability to showcase both outdoor and indoor sites relating to industries including construction, real estate, and aviation among others.

day in the life

In addition to filming the now average day of your client, we also conduct and capture in-person interviews with them. These interviews serve to highlight not just physical pain, but the emotional and fiscal strains they have also endured. Through video we give your client a voice and document the damages sustained for the jury to see. While filmed with the intention of being shown in trial, a day in the life video is a valuable asset to have during mediation.

editing & Clip creation

Raw footage is almost never ready to be presented as is. In fact, it can be inadmissible without the proper edits. Our trial technicians personally handle these edits in house. Modern technology allows us to transform and modify any footage to fit your needs. From simple clip creations based off of designations to enhancing files you have already received to larger scale edits, RCTS can help. Our knowledge and experience allow us to handle any requests, even on short notice or “on the fly” in the courtroom.
