Omar is the Managing Partner and Founder of River City Trial Solutions. Omar founded RCTS in 2018 after several years with a national litigation support firm. With over five years of experience in the industry, Omar has assisted on over 150 cases and 90 trials to verdict. While the majority of his trials take place in the Mid-Atlantic region, Omar has assisted on cases nationwide including Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Colorado, California and the District of Columbia.

Omar utilizes his background in psychology to focus his trial approach around the mindset of a modern day jury.  Being able to understand what the jury may consciously or subconsciously retain from a trial; he can use this knowledge to great effect when advising his clients on trial strategy, managing the presentation of evidence, creating custom graphics, and utilizing the litigation support resources provided by RCTS. 

Law and technology have always been two great interests to Omar, which led to his career of becoming a trial consultant and technician. While initially aspiring to become an attorney, Omar felt his skills were better suited to focus on trials alone. The support capacity that RCTS works in provides the best environment for his unique abilities. The combination of his degree in Psychology, paralegal studies and technical training allows him to offer an unparalleled advantage for his clients. Being in a courtroom and in trial is where Omar feels at home.

As the Managing Partner and Founder of RCTS, Omar focuses his time out of trial on fostering new relationships with law firms and attorneys while also staying up to date on the latest trial strategies, methods, trends, and technology the industry has to offer. Omar has cultivated strong relationships with over 100 top rated law firms nationwide and is eager to grow that list.

When not working, Omar enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and his two passions of music and fitness.
